Analyse and improve customer satisfaction
Analyse data showing the level of customer relationship management provided by the company
Provide customer service through website chat, email, phone calls and social media networks (Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp)
Manage and track orders for influencers and customers
Study towards a BS degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or other business related studies.
Ideally have one experience in customer relationship management
Social Media savvy
Proficient PC skills (MS package)
Native level in German and fluency in English
