As our new CRM Manager (m/f), you will devise and manage effective Communication and CRM campaigns allowing to approach sophisticated customer segments. You will continuously optimize and generate actionable measurements, that will develop long-term customer relationships and increase brand awareness.
- Operational excellence is your passion: Focus on creative conception, optimization and implementation of mailing automations of the entire Conversion-, After Sales- & Reactivation-Funnel
- Entrepreneurial mindset & tech savvy: Build our CRM strategy from scratch by analyzing customer activities and implementing an innovative CRM approach
- Be driven by numbers: Continuously monitor KPIs such as Customer Lifetime Value and Customer Loyalty in order to convert analytical insights into concepts and recommendations
- Focus on our customers: Evaluate the needs of our customers and analyze purchase decision processes of both new and existing customers
- Be supportive: Work closely together with our Country Managers to develop and constantly optimize international mailing automations
